Dr. Isabel Wan hold a PhD degree in global leadership with a specialization in corporate and organizational management.  She has over 15 years of professional experience in organizational leadership.  She also has 15 years of online teaching and course development experience in organizational leadership, and business management.   She is very passionate about teaching and developing new courses and promote student learning with the goal to increase student retention and satisfaction.

Over the past decade, she has participated in various projects, such as program assessment, curriculum developments and assists in ACBSP accreditation.  She is also a certified quality matter peer reviewer. She has been enjoyed teaching and working on the MBA course developments here at Life University. She is looking forward to working with everyone here as a team at Life University.
