Dr. O’Neill Bhogal completed her Pediatrics Residency in 2005 when she also earned a Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics through the ICA. She is certified in Webster’s Technique through the ICPA.

Dr. O’Neill’s passion is caring for women and children.  Her professional expertise, both teaching and 20+ years in private practice, has always been on routine and complex pediatric and pregnancy care.

She also serves as the president of the ICA Pediatrics Council and teaches in their diplomate program.  Dr. O’Neill has collaborated on a mainstream chiropractic pediatrics textbook, is published in peer-reviewed journals, and presents regularly at conferences and international symposia.  She also serves as an editor for the Journal of Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (JCCP).
