Since 2011, Dr. Parsons has worked to co-create and serve as faculty for Life University’s Master of Science in Positive/Coaching Psychology program. At Life University he serves as degree coordinator and ICF director of coach education. This has allowed him to combine his two passions of creating great leaders and great coaches in the world.
With an authentic coaching style rooted in his own experience as a business leader together with his keen understanding of human behavior and his coaching know-how, Mickey’s clients benefit from having a trusted and knowledgeable confidante who supports them in developing their own strengths and capabilities and assists them in creating and implementing their own leadership development plan.
As a Doctorate level, Master Certified Coach (MCC), Mickey is in the top 2% of coaches worldwide. He has coached more than 2,500 leaders, from executives at Fortune 500 companies to local business owners. With more than 25 years’ experience managing and leading business organizations in his own right, Mickey is a coach who understands what it takes to excel in today’s climate.
