BIOGRAPHY
Irving Russell, D.C., is a graduate of Life College (as it was known as then, class of September 1988). He has proudly served the Life University community in the capacity of clinic faculty member for over 13 years. Dr. Russell started practicing in March 1989, when he accepted a position as an associate doctor for a large, vibrant clinic in the metro Atlanta area. After working in this capacity for several years, He opened his own practice in 1994 and has continued to practice from then until the present, for 29 years. He is well versed in the Thompson and Full Spine Diversified techniques and has an unquenchable passion to educate and inspire students to become the best Doctor of Chiropractic possible.
Prior to attending Life College as a student, he served with distinction in the United States Air Force for 10 years on active duty, and 20 years as a Reservist. During his entire military career, Dr. Russell’s only job involved direct patient care, as a medical technician, Emergency Medical Technician/Emergency Room shift leader, Aeromedical Technician, and finally an Aeromedical Flight Instructor.
