The Assessment is made up of 46 total questions; approximately 8 questions for each of the six vital dimensions - Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Environmental and Spiritual. You may choose to take the assessment in only some of the dimensions or you may choose to take the complete assessment. If you choose not to complete the assessment for all dimensions, your total Vital Score will be calculated as an average of those dimensions you have completed. You must also take the assessment in a particular dimension if you would like to “unlock” and access the Challenges for that dimension.
