Ret. General Rebecca Halstead

Who better to learn about leadership than from the first female in U.S. history to command troops in combat at the strategic level? Retired General Rebecca Halstead served in the U.S. Army for 27 years. She had led troops in combat, directed over 200 multi-discipline units in Iraq, and trained high-performing, complex and diverse teams capable of strategic planning and execution. General Halstead will be the featured speaker at our July LIFEforce 1000 Insiders' Weekend. After a storied career in the military, Halstead formed her own leader consultant company STEADFAST Leadership, which specializes in inspirational and motivational speaking, developing leader training programs, leader coaching, and mentoring. She serves on the board for the West Point Association of Graduates, and is an active spokesperson for the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress. Halstead credits Chiropractic for not only extending her military career, but also for the active and wellness lifestyle she enjoys today.
