On-Campus Wellness

As a leading vital health sciences institution, Life University provides students, faculty and staff with ample opportunities and health services to support their personal well-being.

Clinical Care

All LIFE members have full, free access to the Campus Center for Health and Optimum Performance (CC-HOP), our student clinic. Here, you can receive care from advanced student chiropractic interns and the CC-HOP clinical staff. All LIFE members and their immediate families (spouses and children) may also utilize the integrated care services available at the public Center for Health and Optimal Performance (C-HOP), also located on LIFE’s campus. Most types of care – including the majority of chiropractic, nutrition counseling, functional rehabilitation and life coaching services available through C-HOP – are no- or low-cost for LIFE members.

Campus Center for Health & Optimum Performance (CC-HOP)
Doctor of Chiropractic students begin their clinic experience at the CC-HOP, which is also known as the Student Clinic.  Under faculty supervision, students adjust their peers, learn the basics of technique, become familiar with radiology and assessment, and hone their skills.

Fitness Center

Life University’s Fitness Center is open free-of-charge to all LIFE students, faculty, staff and their immediate families, providing a diverse range of modern fitness equipment, group classes and personal training programs (all led by our own LIFE student instructors). Active Campus

Life University is an active campus – featuring more than three miles of wooded walking/running trails, athletic fields, intercollegiate, club and intramural sports, and a lush, landscaped campus designed for walking and biking. Eating Well

LIFE’s Socrates Café on-campus dining facility serves a variety of organic, local and seasonal dishes, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-fee options available every day. With the “6 Under 600” program, diners can also choose a complete, balanced meal that offers 600 or fewer calories per serving. A salad bar, stocked with both local and organic produce options, is always open, and the Plato II Go counter offers a selection of sandwiches, juices and other on-the-go items for those looking to grab a quick, healthy bite.
