Notary Services are available at Campus Safety to current students, alumni, faculty and staff for employment and school-related purposes. The signee must sign the documents in the presence of the notary and must present a government issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc). Examples of documents that can be notarized during business hours are:

• Licensure forms
• State Board forms
• Jury duty (for currently enrolled students)
• Financial Aid forms
• Life University issued diplomas
• Enrollment forms for insurance purposes

Documents not listed will be reviewed and notarized at the discretion of the notary. Please email Linda Marlowe at lmarlowe@life.edu with the Email Subject: “Notary” to schedule an appointment for notary service. At the time of your appointment, please visit Campus Safety with your government issued photo ID.

Campus Safety is located at 1085 Barclay Circle. The building is across from the Commons and has a drive-through awning.
