The Socrates Café is a student, faculty and staff dining facility serving all organic foods from 28 local farmers
- Zero waste facility - utilizing recycling, biodegrading and composting – even the “dinnerware” is composted
- Nearly a zero energy consumption facility
- 28,000 square feet of open space with indoor and outdoor seating
- Seasonal food – menu changes
- Wi-fi throughout, and “cyberbooths” for group study and discussion
- Private dining rooms and catering available
